(Infant Classroom) (6 weeks – 12 months)

Welcome to the infant classroom! Our infant area provides the highest quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. This classroom at Treasured Angels, a GrowNJ 4-Star Rated Program is a very warm and welcoming environment for your babies to grow and develop. We learn as we play! Our teachers provide various fun activities to promote their development where the children are stimulated through music, exercise, outdoor blanket time, facial and verbal mimicking as well as lots of hugs and tickles. We work on building their fine motor, gross motor, and social and emotional skills. We make sure to provide the proper care for your child and attend to all their needs. We work hard to build strong, loving bonds with your child to ensure they feel safe and loved while they are here!
(Weeschool Classroom) (12 months – 18 months)

Welcome to Weeschool! Our weeschool classroom is a warm welcoming step to advance their little minds. At this age, children are meeting new challenges as fast as they come. Walking and running are levels they accomplish in what seems like a blink of an eye. Children learn in a stimulating environment. Music, stories, outdoor play, and learning simplicities envelop much of the day. Our caregivers are dedicated in helping each child develop these skills through a trusting and loving relationship. A parental daily report is given to update each family on mealtimes, nap times, toilet training and all activities accomplished each day. We are a GrowNJ 4- star rated program! In this classroom our teachers provide various activities to promote growth and independence. We have small group and large group to help focus on fine motor, sensory, and gross motor skills. We learn as we play through Highscope, using the activities to focus on always has a purpose to help achieve and further their steps into growing their milestones. We also work on using our words, emotions, and basic life skills such as independence skills sharing, and of course being nice to one another!
(Toddler Classroom) (18 months – 2.5 years)

Welcome to the Toddler classroom at Treasured Angels, a GrowNJ 4-Star Rated Program! In this classroom our teachers provide numerous activities to promote your child’s growth and being with emphasis on sensory, fine, and gross motor, language, social, emotional, and independence skills, as well as, problem solving, team building, and self-control following the Highscope curriculum. We also have a bathroom in our classroom for those toddlers who are curious and ready to explore the area of potty training!
(Preschool Classroom) (2.5 years – 3.5 years)

Welcome to the Preschool classroom at Treasured Angels, a GrowNJ 4-Star Rated Program! In this classroom our teachers will be helping your child learn through play in the different learning centers they have set up, and through large and small group activities which follows our Highscope curriculum. Your child will be making "work time” plans, learning how to follow through with their made plan, and recall about materials and things that occurred in their plan. Work time is a 60-minute period in which your child is free to explore all the learning areas. We will also work on problem solving and coming up with solutions for problems that may arise during work time. Your children will learn and grow to become critical thinkers who will carry these skills on with them!
(Pre-K Classroom) (3.5 years – 5 years)

Welcome to Pre-K at Treasured Angels, a Grow NJ 4 Star Rated School. The children in the Pre-K room will be engaging in hands on learning experiences as the children prepare for kindergarten. The center uses the Highscope curriculum and will have the children use active participatory learning, adult-child interactions, and use the plan-do-review process. The children will focus on independent skills, critical thinking skills, as well as fine motor skills. The children will be learning handwriting skills, phonic awareness, math concepts, name writing, name/letter/number recognition to help prepare them for the elementary school years. The children will also be learning about healthy eating habitats and all about family style dining as well as learning to serve themselves the proper serving sizes.
(Before and Aftercare)

Welcome to Before and Aftercare at Treasured Angels. We offer before and after school care to the children that attend the Barnegat School District grades Pre-K – 6th grade. The following schools transport to and from our childcare center:
- Cecil S. Collins (K – 2nd grade)
- Joseph T. Donahue (3rd – 4th grade)
- Robert L. Horbelt (5th – 6th grade)
Additionally, our center provides transportation to and from Lillian Dunfee School’s Pre-K program with our school bus. The transportation permission slip will be included in your parent packet. We provide an adequate amount of time for children to complete their homework as well as after school studying. We provide computers available to the school agers to help assist them in completing their tasks. When the children’s homework is completed, they have their own newly updated playground for them to enjoy!
(Summer Camp) (4 years – 12 years)
Welcome to our Treasured Angels summer camp. Our summer camp program is licensed through the New Jersey Department of Health. We have an inground swim pool and a separate playground for our campers aged 6 years – 12 years.
